*Bookings for June Large-Scale performance and VET Entertainment courses close soon* The Project – Schools Industry Arts is committed to working collaboratively with schools and the arts industry to push the boundaries and raise the expectations of arts education programs, empower teachers and use the creative voices of schools as the catalyst for artistic opportunities and outcomes. Following the successful launch in 2012, The Project – Schools Industry Arts will again provide primary and secondary school teachers with a range of professional development opportunities in association with the Seymour Centre, one of Sydney’s most innovative arts precincts. This will include a series of six relevant, practical and accessible courses endorsed by the NSW Institute of Teachers within the context of a working theatre environment. Also launching in 2013 is our tailored, in-school professional development courses which can be developed to meet either curricular or extra-curricular program needs schools may have.
